- Order work in progress- Your order is in progress. If your purchase is available in ready to ship stock, it will be shipped with in 1-2 days or else with in 7-10 days.
- Awaiting information on measurement and other details- Submit your measurement and other instructions as quickly as possible.
- Pending for payment verification- We are sorry to inform you that your payment is pending for verification. We have not received a confirmation of your payment during the order process. Once we get the confirmation we will start processing your order.
- Order partially shipped- Your order has been placed on the site but yet to be shipped. Please check with our shipping department at info@yelily.com to get the tracking number.
- Order successfully shipped- Your order has been shipped. Please check with our shipping department at info@yelily.com to get the tracking number.
- Payment failure/Not authorized- Your payment is not confirmed with us. For any clarifications please contact your bank.
- Order cancelled- Your order has been cancelled and no charge is applied.
- Order partially delivered- Your order has been shipped and placed on the site. And soon will be delivered to your shipping address.
- Order delivered- Your order is delivered to your shipping address.
