Shipping Policy

We use FEDEX for Indian and international courier shipments. We deliver our products through courier to all destinations around the world.  

Shipment process?
For all orders the courier is sent with in 24 hours of the receipt of the order. The courier shipments are done with in 48 hours of receiving the confirmed order. Orders received on Sundays are shipped on Monday. The packages are delivered within 5 days in India and in foreign destinations if the item is in ready to ship category.  No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If the international carrier declares the address as a remote area, no surcharge will be collected form the customer.

What if nobody is available to receive the package?
If nobody is available to receive the package or nobody answers the doorbell, the package shall be left at the door. Kindly make sure that somebody is available to receive the parcel packet when courier delivery is attempted.

How can I track my shipment details?
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been placed. You will also receive courier company website details along with the tracking number and expected date of delivery. You may also check order status on the order tracking page on our website. Enter your email ID, order ID and tracking number to check the status of your order.

Shipment charges
Shipping in India to any location is free. Shipping charges are weight based. The weight of every order is on its detail page. Overseas shipping and handling rates are based on the size of the order. The larger the order the lesser the shipping price.
