In case of dissatisfaction, you can send us the item you have purchased in its original condition with in 7 days from the date of receipt.

Refunds on Returns
Shipping charges will not be refunded which was paid by you while purchasing the item. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes paid by you while receiving the package. Returns would not be accepted for sarees stitched with custom blouse unless it is a result of our own error. All products should be returned in its original condition with labels and tags attached in the sarees. Packages should be returned in the original packaging and with the invoice enclosed with your order. Our decision regarding the condition of returned goods shall be final. We will inform you about the refund decision. Shipping charges are not refunded and return shipping charges shall be born by the customer. Before returning the product we request that you contact us in writing or by e-mail at info@yelily.com to inform us about the product to be returned. We will provide you a return reference number. We shall not be responsible if you send the product to a wrong address.
In returning the products, we request you to obey the following requirements.
Mention the original order reference number on the product to help us dealing your refund efficiently.
Ensure that the product is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Mention the return reference number on the parcel packaging along with our postal address.
Cancellation of Order
When you place an order on our website, that is deemed to be a confirmed order. An order can be cancelled over phone or through e-mail before the order is shipped. When an order cancellation is accepted by us, we would refund the paid amount to your credit card account. All refunds are made under the normal banking procedures.
